Pricing (販売価格)

All service pricing is provided on a project-by-project basis through custom quotes. Pricing will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before any work begins. All prices will be stated in the service agreement or invoice provided to clients.

Note: Prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY/¥) and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

Payment Methods (支払方法)

We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:

• Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) - processed via Stripe
• Debit Cards - processed via Stripe
• PayPal
• Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer
• Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) - processed via Stripe

Credit card payments are securely processed through Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

Payment Terms (支払時期)

Payment terms and schedules will be clearly outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided to clients. Typical payment structures include:

• Deposit payment upon project commencement
• Milestone payments during project development
• Final payment upon project completion

Specific payment schedules will be agreed upon before work begins.

Delivery Time (引渡時期)

Service delivery timelines are determined on a project-by-project basis and will be clearly specified in the service agreement. Typical project timelines range from 2-12 weeks depending on scope and complexity.

For digital products and services, delivery is typically completed electronically via web hosting, file transfer, or digital deployment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy (返品・交換)

Due to the custom nature of our digital services, cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• Before Work Begins: Full refund of any deposits paid (minus payment processing fees)
• During Project Development: Partial refunds may be available based on work completed
• After Project Completion: Refunds are generally not available for completed work
• Cooling-Off Period: In compliance with Japanese regulations, clients may exercise their right to cancel within the cooling-off period as specified in their service agreement

Additional Fees (その他費用)

Beyond the service fees, clients may be responsible for:

• Third-party service costs (hosting, domains, licenses, APIs)
• Transaction fees (payment processing fees charged by Stripe)
• Applicable taxes (consumption tax, sales tax, VAT as required by law)

All additional fees will be disclosed and agreed upon before project commencement.

Specific project terms, conditions, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual service agreements or contracts provided before work begins. By accepting a quote and proceeding with payment, clients agree to the terms specified in their service agreement.

Dispute Resolution (苦情・相談)
