Service Agreements

All services provided by NeonFuji Labs are governed by individual service agreements or contracts. Refund eligibility and terms may vary depending on the specific project scope, timeline, and deliverables outlined in your service agreement.

General Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our digital services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The following general principles apply:

  • Deposit Payments: Initial deposit payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as they secure project resources and initiate the development process.
  • Milestone Payments: Refunds for milestone payments will be considered based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
  • Completed Work: No refunds will be issued for completed and delivered work that meets the agreed-upon specifications.
  • Unused Services: If services are prepaid but not yet rendered, we may offer a prorated refund for the unused portion.

Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a project, please notify us as soon as possible:

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees or third-party costs incurred.
  • During Project: If you cancel while the project is in progress, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any refund will be calculated based on the remaining balance after deducting completed work.
  • After Delivery: No refunds will be issued after final deliverables have been provided and accepted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Services were not delivered as specified in the service agreement
  • Significant delays caused solely by NeonFuji Labs
  • Technical issues that prevent project completion and cannot be resolved
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors

Refunds will not be issued in cases where delays or issues are caused by the client, such as late feedback, missing content, or scope changes.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at hello@neonfuji.com with your refund request.
  2. Include your project details, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.
  3. We will review your request within 5-7 business days.
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any concerns or disputes in a fair and timely manner. If you have a dispute regarding our services or billing:

  • Contact us directly at hello@neonfuji.com to discuss the issue.
  • We will work with you to understand the concern and reach a mutually agreeable solution.
  • If the dispute involves a payment processed through Stripe, you may also contact Stripe's support for assistance.

Third-Party Services and Products

NeonFuji Labs may utilize third-party services, tools, or products as part of project delivery (e.g., hosting, domain registration, software licenses). Refunds for third-party services are subject to the refund policies of those respective providers. We cannot guarantee refunds for third-party purchases.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds, if approved, will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Modifications to Services

If you request changes or modifications to the project scope after work has begun, additional fees may apply. Refunds will not be issued for changes requested by the client that result in additional work or revised deliverables.

Force Majeure

NeonFuji Labs is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures of third-party services. In such cases, we will work with clients to find alternative solutions or timeline adjustments.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
